Eating in Georgia

Georgian food is definitely not for those trying to lose weight… a big variety, huge quantities and let’s not even speak of the rich ingredients…

Two of the all time present staple foods: khachapuri, a hot cheese-bread pie, sometimes with egg and butter (just to give it some additional nutritious value), and khinkali, big and lovely meat tortellini to be eaten by hand. And otherwise much walnuts and garlic, veggies and salads… And all of this accompanied by Georgian wine, sometimes also beer.

This is a gourmet’s paradise!

Vous deviez avoir honte de vous empiffrer comme-ça pendant qu'il y a tant de petits enfants aux Etats-Unis qui souffrent d'obésité!
